Rear Lower Gusset Plate | Polaris RZR XP 900

RT Pro's lightweight, yet high strength solution for reinforcing the inner mounting points of the rear radius rods on the RZR XP 900. This plate is made from 3/16" AMERICAN cold rolled steel with bent edges on all sides for maximum rigidity with minimal weight. This design goes above the OEM locking plate by capturing the two upper holes on the OEM chassis which the OEM plate does not use. We three dimensionally bend the plate to lock in the height where these holes are added to substantially increase the rigidity of this relatively simple part.

For the money, there is NO better option on the market to add much needed strength to this critical point of your chassis. We've seen many of the OEM plates bend and buckle in during average recreational riding. This results is twisted radius rod bolts and major damage to the mounting holes on the chassis.
