Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes principles on BDS's engineering standard for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles. These combined with the provided sway bar links, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.
In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for ultimate off road performance.
FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs
FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.
DSC Adjustment
FOX 2.5 coil-overs are available with optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain
HD Control Arms
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these control arms are ready to bolt-in. The upper arms use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
